Ugandan politician and entrepreneur Abraham Luzzi has shared heartwarming news, the arrival of his first child, a baby girl, with his wife Sarah is Tall at Doctor’s Hospital Sseguku.
In a video circulating on social media, Luzzi is seen beaming with pride as he cradles his newborn daughter, wrapped in a soft pink blanket, inside the hospital. The clip is accompanied by a message celebrating the birth of “another Ugandan citizen” delivered locally rather than abroad.
The couple has named their daughter Baby Kamara Luzzu, marking a significant milestone for the family.
Taking to his social platforms, Luzzi emphasized the importance of trusting and supporting local healthcare systems.
“We have welcomed another citizen… Baby this is… it’s a girl. From our own hospital, Doctor’s Hospital Sseguku not from Europe, America, Australia, etc.” he shared on his socials.
His message appears to advocate for confidence in Uganda’s medical facilities, a topic that often sparks public debate.
Online reactions have been largely positive, with many congratulating the couple on their new bundle of joy. However, some commenters also pointed to Luzzi’s political affiliations, urging leaders to further invest in and promote government-run health services.
The announcement blends personal celebration with a broader statement highlighting both the joy of new life and the ongoing conversation around local healthcare in Uganda.
