The Electoral Commission (EC) has issued a stern warning to National Unity Platform leader Robert Kyagulanyi, popularly known as Bobi Wine, over alleged violations of campaign regulations.

Justice Byabakama said the Commission is closely monitoring the situation and cautioned that continued breaches of the law could compel the Electoral Commission to take firm legal action in line with the electoral framework.

The Electoral Commission emphasized that all candidates and political actors must strictly adhere to campaign guidelines to ensure a peaceful, lawful, and credible electoral process.

The warning comes amid heightened political activity as campaigns intensify across the country, with the Commission urging all stakeholders to respect electoral laws and maintain order during the election period.
