Mrs. Gladys Mukula, wife to Capt. Mike Mukula, is nursing injuries after being involved in a nasty road accident at the Clock Tower flyover on Thursday morning.
Witnesses say a speeding Operation Wealth Creation (OWC) vehicle, assigned to Rt. Maj. Rubamira Ruranga, lost control and rammed into her car. The driver reportedly admitted to causing the crash.
Mrs. Mukula was quickly taken to Healing Ways Hospital in Kampala, where she is receiving treatment.
Traffic police towed the vehicle for investigation as authorities work on a full report.
The incident has sparked fresh concerns over reckless driving and road safety in the city.
