Stage comedy giant Patrick Salvado Idringi has showered praises on Fenon Events boss Steve Jean, crediting him as a major force behind his rise in the comedy industry when he was just starting up.
Speaking during the press launch of the 7th edition of Africa Laughs, Patrick Salvado couldn’t hide his gratitude when he described Steve Jean as “his person” — the one who believed in him when he was just starting out.
“Mr. Steve Jean is my person. Thank you so much,” Salvado said.
The comedian revealed that back in 2013, Fenon Events was the very first company to sponsor his debut Africa Laughs show. Since then, many of his biggest comedy ideas have come to life thanks to Jean’s execution, guidance, and unwavering support.
With more than two decades shaping Uganda’s entertainment scene, Steve Jean has long been respected for his professionalism and commitment to nurturing talent.
