Young Ugandan performer Champion Oguddo has dismissed long-standing claims that he was chased from Alien Skin’s Fangone Forest Entertainment camp, offering clarity on his departure during a recent media appearance.
Speaking on Sanyuka TV’s Uncut show, Oguddo denied reports of a fallout, stressing that his exit was not forced and that there is no bad blood between him and Fangone Forest boss, Alien Skin.
“I wasn’t sent away from Fangone, and it’s not true that Alien Skin ever sent me away,” he stated.
Rumors had widely suggested that internal disagreements pushed him out of the popular entertainment camp. However, Oguddo’s remarks paint a different picture, directly challenging those claims.

After months away from Fangone Forest and pursuing a solo path, Oguddo was recently seen sharing the stage again with Alien Skin. The two reunited on Sunday at Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s 52nd birthday charity run held at Kololo Independence Grounds an appearance that caught many by surprise.
Life after leaving Fangone has not been easy for Oguddo and his elder brother, Swahaba Champ. During that period, Oguddo reportedly dropped out of school and returned to Kawempe before later resuming his studies with support from a well-wisher.
Addressing the separation earlier, Alien Skin explained that Oguddo had grown musically and was now capable of earning for himself. He encouraged both brothers to remain patient and appreciate their progress.
“Musically, he is grown and making money out of it. They may not be where they want financially, but they didn’t expect to earn what they are earning now. They should be thankful and not rush success,” Alien Skin noted.
Fangone Forest has played a key role in Oguddo’s rise, giving him exposure through dance performances and collaborations since around 2023.
With his latest clarification, Oguddo appears keen to end speculation and refocus attention on his journey and future in Uganda’s entertainment industry.
